Disclaimer: I'm not upset with the manager at this location as they did their job to try and make things right before I left. This place tried to charge me $150+ for an oil change on my wife's 2.5L N/A CX-5. I asked for the OEM which is 0-20 synthetic. That is 3x what Walmart charges for the same service and is still cheaper with rotation added. Pep Boys charges $99 with rotation included. Diamond Auto in Gainesville charged me $139 for my truck and it included oil change and a full detail csr wash. Why the rip off? Does Jiffy lube harvest their oil from the moon? They should have mentioned pricing before ever letting me pull into the garage. Manager lowered the price to a more acceptable $110, but even $110 is ridiculous without offering either a rotation or a full detail car wash in/out. How do yall stay in business?

I work in customer service so I know how important it is to leave a review after any customer experience. I love the staff at Jiffy Lube on Atlanta Hwy. Those guys are great. So great that I ended up paying more.( One, because I needed an oil change Immediately, and two, even though I had an offer from two other places that were lower but had zero concern for my needs and these guys were so nice and didn’t try to tell/sell/bale (TELL me all these things that needed to be fixed on my car (that didn’t) / SELL it to me/ and BALE on me after the sale! I will never go anywhere else. They helped me find a coupon and they worked with me on my budget and when I got home, I realized my phone was missing So I drove all the way back and it ended up being in my purse, and we all had a good laugh. Good customer service, especially after the sale, Is vital to any company. Retention is just as important as the sale. Most people will pay for convenience, but I will remain a loyal customer and pay a little more as long as they show genuine care and don’t try to pull one over on me like Tires Plus. I may be a single mom but I always do my research so I’ll never agree to pay for “blinker fluid”. Ke

The staff at this Jiffy Lube were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The technicians were courteous, answered my questions, and appeared to work hard to get customers in and out efficiently. My biggest concern isn’t with the employees, it’s with the facility itself. The waiting area and service bays seem to have very poor air circulation. On a warm day, it becomes uncomfortable for customers waiting in the car, and I can only imagine how challenging it is for the employees who spend their entire shifts working in those conditions. For a company that relies on customer comfort and employee well-being, improving ventilation and airflow should be a priority. The people working there deserve recognition for maintaining a positive attitude despite what appears to be a less-than-ideal environment. I would return because of the staff, but I hope management invests in better air circulation for both customers and workers.

Stopped in today after my Wife's Cancer treatment. Found out that the place we regularly use for servicing has NEVER changed, or even mentioned, the cab filter in our Equinox. Well, it had to be the filthiest filter I've EVER seen come out of a vehicle. Everybody was extremely courteous and went above and beyond to fix my issues. We'll be back.....(UPDATE: THAT WAS A 5STAR REVIEW)-- MY Wife and I drove the hour back home that Friday and never expected what I would find the next day. I needed to go into town where I live on the following Saturday. After getting home from running into town, I noticed oil on my grass in the yard. I popped the hood and oil was puddled in the areas of the Engine that could hold liquid. I layed on the ground and oil was blown all under my car from front to rear. Fortunately I had a little oil at the house so that I could hopefully get to the Eagle oil change I normally used where I live. I headed into town and they had already closed (Saturday). I called Jiffy Lube (they remembered me) and, after sending them pictures they requested, I reached into the Engine and found that whichever Tech had the responsibility of tightening the Top-mounted Oil filter Ca

Awesome job! I had my oil and filter changed today, and the associates pointed out that my air filters, for the engine and interior needed to be changed, so I did. They also pointed out that my brake fluid needed changing, so they performed that service also. Al. This work was performed in a short period of time. The associates were friendly and so helpful. Because of this first experience with Jiffy Lube, I will be a regular customer. Thanks, and if anyone needs service, this is the place to go! Thanks Jiffy Lube! Tim Rash
